Every doctor will tell you, that the first medicine to your body is food and water but it depends on which you are going to to consum. There are food which are healthy and toxic to your body which also increase or reduce life expectancy.
Fruits have natural sugar that are regulated by the fiber they contain. When we make juice, peeling and sieving leads to loss of fiber which causes the sugar in the fruit to spike in blood increasing risk of weight gain, failure to lose weight,insulin resistance and other health issues like a fatty liver and even diseases.
Adding sugar to fruit juice makes it even worse, avoid fruit juice in favour of eating fruits whole or drinking vegetable juice without added sugar. Always remember to stay active to burn the sugar that fruits provide.
Avoid adding sugar in the milk.
This is more of poison than a source of energy.Do not be decieved or native. This gives short term pleasure in the mouth but with lots of suffering after and a earlier death.
Take healthy fruits , avocado and olives.
They are rich in phyptinutrients and healthy monounsaturated fats that help reduce inflammation and insulin resistance and improve heart health and weight loss. Their oils are equally healthy but look for cold pressed type.
